Account Development Representative

Solvo is helping companies with securing their cloud infrastructure, providing them with automatically generated least-privilege security policies.

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn and help drive our outbound sales efforts. As a Solvo ADR, you will identify target accounts and use inbound and outbound prospecting techniques across various communication channels to drive pipeline for the business.

In this role you will work closely with a senior account executive and the CEO to help Solvo achieve its business goal.

This is a unique opportunity to make an impact early on and accelerate your career!

All candidates will be evaluated for internal mobility at the one year mark based on fitness for a role and previous performance.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with an account executive to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects
  • Conduct account development best practices for inbound and outbound leads with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 6 months prior outbound experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Very strong work ethic, positive attitude with the confidence to work autonomously.
  • Highly motivated to succeed both individually and with a young and fast growing company
  • Prior Start-up sales experience a huge plus

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and develop new user-facing features using React, MobX, Styled Components, and more
  • Solve real and complex problems at high scale

What you should bring with you:

  • +3 years of experience as a Front-end Developer
  • +2 years of proven experience working with React/Angular/Vue.js
